Yes, you can be a couch potato and STILL burn calories, slim down and tone up. Try these 10 ways to burn 100 calories without removing your eyes from the TV.


1. Stand up. You burn an average of 70 calories an hour by just standing up. Watch a couple of your favorite shows and you’ll be at 100 calories in no time… well, in about an hour and a half.
